Explanation of Responses:

1. 1/4th of the shares subject to the option shall vest on March 30, 2024, and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option shall vest monthly thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through such vesting date.

2. The Reporting Person voluntarily elected to be paid 35% of his 2022 annual cash bonus in the form of an option to purchase shares of common stock of the Issuer.
