Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 7, 2023, 84,556 shares of the Company's common stock were transferred out of the 2021 GRAT #1 as an annuity payment to the reporting person's directly held account. Following this transfer, the trust was terminated and the remaining 16,430 shares were transferred to the remaindermen of the trust.
