1. This Form 4A is filed to include shares obtained through issuer's dividend re-investment plan which were not included in the amount in Column 5 on reporting person's Form 4 filed January 16, 2024.

2. Includes shares acquired though issuer's dividend reinvestment plan.

3. Reporting person is a manager of 130 Store Company LLC. Reporting person disclaims a beneficial ownership of these securities to the extent he does not have a pecuniary interest therein.
