Explanation of Responses:

1. Each stock unit represents a conditional right to receive one share of the company's common stock.

2. On April 23, 2021, the reporting person was granted 6,088 restricted stock units, vesting in three annual installments of approximately equal size beginning the first anniversary of the date of the grant.

3. The dividend equivalent units will vest proportionately with the underlying restricted stock units to which they relate.
