Explanation of Responses:

1. The options were granted on 12/16/2022 and will vest as follows: Vesting 100% on the one-year anniversary of the grant date (Dec 16, 2023) or immediately prior to the next AGM, whichever is sooner.

2. On September 7, 2022, the common stock of InMed was reverse split on a 1-for-25 basis. This number reflects that reverse stock split.
