1. The option was granted on August 16, 2021. The shares underlying the option are scheduled to vest with respect to 25% of the shares on the first anniversary of the grant date and as to the balance of such shares in 36 equal month installments thereafter until the fourth anniversary of the grant date, subject to the reporting person's continued service.
