Remarks:

On December 3, 2021, Thimble Point Acquisition Corp. ("THMA" and the former name of the Issuer) consummated an initial business combination (the "Business Combination") with Pear Therapeutics, Inc. The Reporting Person resigned as a director and chief financial officer of THMA immediately prior to the consummation of the Business Combination.
