Explanation of Responses:

1. The options were granted by the Issuer pursuant to its 2018 Equity Incentive Plan in relation to the Reporting Person's service on the Issuer's Scientific Advisory Board. The options will vest over two years: 50% of the options will vest on the first anniversary of the grant date with the remaining 50% vesting on the second anniversary of the grant date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer through each vesting date.
