Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents the grant of shares pursuant to the Issuer's 2022 Recognition and Retention Plan and Trust Agreement that vest 20% per year commencing on September 1, 2023.

2. The reporting person is amending this Form 4 solely to correct the ownership of shares.

3. The 1,000 shares are held by the K&G On the GEAUX LLC of which the reporting person is a senior managing member and 90% owner.

4. The 2,500 shares are held by Kleiser Enterprises, Inc. of which the reporting person is a senior managing member and 90% owner.

5. The 5,000 shares are held by the K Kleiser LLC o which the reporting person is the sole member.

6. The options vest at a rate of 20% per year commencing on September 1, 2023.
