Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units granted pursuant to the Leafly Holdings, Inc. 2021 Equity Incentive Plan, which are scheduled to vest in 1/8 equal installments on August 20, 2023, October 20, 2023, January 20, 2024, April 20, 2024, July 20, 2024, October 20, 2024, January 20, 2025 and April 20, 2025.

2. Shares sold to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the settlement of restricted stock units. The shares were sold pursuant to a prior written authorization executed by the reporting person on August 10, 2022 that is intended to comply with Rule 10b5-1.

3. The price reported is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $0.2902 to $0.3101, inclusive. Upon request by the issuer, any security holder thereof, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the reporting person will provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth herein.

4. Represents 96,819 shares of common stock and 298,458 unvested restricted stock units.
