1. The purchase reported in this Form 4 was effected pursuant to a 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on December 13, 2022.

2. The price reported in column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $11.82 to $12.15, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth.

3. The price reported in column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $12.10 to $12.18, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth.

4. Voting and dispositive power over shares held by Curtis Squire, Inc. is shared by Curtis Squires' board of directors. The Reporting Person is a member of Curtis Squires' board of directors, and as such, the Reporting Person is deemed to hold shared voting and dispositive power over these shares.
