Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents 3,000 Restricted Stock Units granted on 5/12/2023, with 1,500 shares vesting on each of 3/16/2024 and 3/16/2025.

2. Voting and dispositive power over shares held by Curtis Squire, Inc. is shared by Curtis Squires' board of directors. The Reporting Person is a member of Curtis Squires' board of directors, and as such, the Reporting Person is deemed to hold shared voting and dispositive power over these shares.
