On April 29, 2025, the issuer filed a Form 10-K/A reporting that there were 9,193,583 shares of the issuer's Common Stock outstanding as of April 21, 2025. As a result of the change in the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding, the reporting person has ceased to beneficially own more than 10% of the outstanding Common Stock.
