Remarks:

The Reporting Person's initial filing was made in good faith reliance on the outstanding share count disclosed in the Issuer's most recently available quarterly report on Form 10-Q. On June 23, 2026, the Issuer filed a Current Report on Form 8-K disclosing that, as of June 22, 2026, there were 997,976,543 shares of common stock issued and outstanding. Based on this updated total, the Reporting Person's ownership of 100,000 shares represents approximately 0.01% of the outstanding class. Accordingly, the Reporting Person's beneficial ownership is, and since at least June 22, 2026, has been, below the 5% and 10% reporting thresholds. This filing is being made solely to update the public record and to formally terminate any ongoing reporting obligations under Section 13(d), Section 13(g), and Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 based on the Issuer's updated capitalization.
