Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents cancellation of options to purchase 20,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.0005 per share (the "common stock") granted on August 23, 2017 to Mr. Liu, pursuant to an agreement entered into between the issuer and Mr. Liu dated April 26, 2021.

2. The exercise price and the amount of options reflected the 1-for-5 reverse stock split of Common Stock effective on January 27, 2020.
