Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents securities held by a revocable trust in which the reporting person and his spouse have a pecuniary interest. All such shares have been transferred into the direct ownership of the Sai Krishna Mandapaty Revocable Trust, of which the reporting person is the sole settlor, trustee and beneficiary.

2. The shares reported represent the amount of securities directly beneficially owned as of June 20, 2023 following the transfer described in footnote 1, including shares held through the Sai Krishna Mandapaty Revocable Trust.
