Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Triple-S Management Corporation Common Stock.

2. The restricted stock units vest on the date of the 2022 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Vested shares will be delivered to the reporting person within thirty (30) days following the date of the termination of the reporting person's services with Triple-S Management Corporation.
