1. This transaction was executed pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on February 7, 2023 (the "Plan") in multiple trades at prices ranging from $23.89 to $24.61. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sales price. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.

2. This transaction was executed pursuant to the Plan in multiple trades at prices ranging from $25.02 to $25.035. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sales price. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.

3. This transaction was executed pursuant to the Plan in multiple trades at prices ranging from $25.00 to $25.155. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sales price. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.

4. The option vested 25% on September 22, 2022 and then in equal monthly installments over the following 3 years, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to Issuer through each vesting date.

5. This option vests in equal monthly installments through February 2, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through each vesting date.
