Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects a sale (i) pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on December 6, 2022 and (ii) in order to satisfy tax obligations of the Reporting Person that became payable due to the vesting and settlement of certain restricted stock units.

2. Represents a weighted average sales price per share for these shares, which were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $3.23 to $3.335. The Reporting Person has provided to the Issuer, and undertakes to provide to the staff of the Commission or any security holder of the Issuer, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.
