Explanation of Responses:

1. The Ordinary Shares of the Issuer may be represented by American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"). Each ADS represents seven Ordinary Shares of the Issuer.

2. Represents grant of Restricted Stock Units (the "RSUs") payable solely in Ordinary Shares of the Issuer that vest as follows: (i) 25% of the RSUs will vest on the six-month anniversary of the grant date of April 26, 2023 (the "Grant Date"), (ii) 25% of the RSUs will vest on the 12-month anniversary of the Grant Date, (iii) 25% of the RSUs will vest on the 24-month anniversary of the Grant Date, and (iv) 25% of the RSUs will vest on the 36-month anniversary of the Grant Date.
