Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares subject to this stock option are subject to service-based vesting requirements. 1/24th of the shares subject to the option shall vest and become exercisable each month following the Exercisable Date, such that 100% of the shares subject to this stock option will be vested October 25, 2025, subject to the Reporting Person remaining a service provider through each such vesting date.
