Fifty percent (50%) of the stock options vest on September 30, 2025, the one-year anniversary of the grant date, with the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the stock options to vest on September 30, 2026, the two-year anniversary of the grant date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through the applicable vesting date.
