Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock option vests and becomes exercisable as to 25% of the options on the first anniversary of the grant date (February 3, 2026), with the remaining options vesting in equal monthly installments over a three-year period thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through the applicable vesting dates.
