Explanation of Responses:

1. Changes in amount of securities beneficially owned also reflect transfer of 700 shares from officer's stock ownership plan account to brokerage account in the reporting person's name since reporting person's filing on Form 3 on March 18, 2026; no change in total amount of securities beneficially owned as a result of such transfer.

2. The reported price has been converted into U.S. dollars from Japanese yen using the JPY158.66 = US$1.00 as spot exchange rate on the Transaction Date, as reported by MUFG Bank, Ltd. on March 25, 2026.
