Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares issuable upon settlement of a restricted stock unit award that vests in four equal installments, with 1/4th of the total award vesting on each of February 15, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027, subject to continued service with the Issuer through the applicable vesting dates.

2. Shares issuable upon settlement of a restricted stock unit award that vests in full on May 15, 2024, subject to continued service with the Issuer through the vesting date.

3. Options vests over four years as follows: 25% of the shares vest on January 26, 2024, and 1/48th of the shares vest each month thereafter for the remaining three years, subject to continued service with the Issuer through the applicable vesting dates.

4. Option vests in twelve equal monthly installments starting from April 27, 2023, subject to continued service with the Issuer through the applicable vesting dates.
