1. On April 25, 2023, the reporting person entered into a Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement which granted 95,692 restricted stock units, 31,897 of which vest on December 31, 2023, 31,897 of which vest on December 31, 2024, and 31,898 of which vest on December 31, 2025.
