2. Includes 109.363 shares acquired under the Industrial Logistics Properties Trust Dividend Reinvestment Plan since the last Section 16 filing by Mr. Phelan.

3. These shares are held by the Anne D. Phelan Trust, of which Mr. Phelan and his spouse are co-trustees and beneficiaries. Mr. Phelan disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
