Explanation of Responses:

1. The exercise price for the stock options is $16.00. The closing price of the company's common stock on the grant date of the stock options was $9.96.

2. Each Stock Option award will vest and become exercisable in three approximately equal installments on each of the first, second, and third anniversaries of the Award Date (May 22, 2026, May 22, 2027, and May 22, 2028).

3. The exercise price for the stock options is $14.00. The closing price of the company's common stock on the grant date of the stock options was $9.96.

4. The exercise price for the stock options is $12.00. The closing price of the company's common stock on the grant date of the stock options was $9.96.
