Explanation of Responses:

1. (1) In connection with his continued employment, on January 22, 2025 Mr. Ives received 500,000 stock options issued pursuant to the Castellum, Inc. Amended 2021 Stock Incentive Plan to purchase 500,000 shares of restricted common stock. 250,000 of the stock options to purchase 250,000 shares of restricted common stock vest ratably over thirty-six months and 250,000 stock options to purchase 250,000 shares of restricted common stock begin to vest ratably over thirty-six months upon the Company being awarded a certain government contract.
