Explanation of Responses:

1. Each unit of phantom stock was the economic equivalent of one share of GE Vernova common stock. This phantom stock award was previously granted by General Electric Company ("GE") to the reporting person in connection with service as a director of GE. On April 2, 2025, the reporting person's phantom stock units were settled for cash in accordance with an election made by the reporting person to receive payment one year after termination of service as a director of GE.
