Explanation of Responses:

1. The Form 4 filed on July 2, 2019 on behalf of the reporting person did not reflect the correct amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction, as it did not account for 2,768 shares of common stock previously sold by the reporting person on June 5, 2019, as reported on the Form 4 filed on June 7, 2019. The amount of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person as of July 2, 2019 has accordingly been corrected herein from 18,936 to 16,168.
