Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of restricted REV Group, Inc. common stock that vest in four equal installments on each of December 31, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. The shares were validly granted under the 2016 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). Due to an administrative error, an earlier version of the Plan was filed as an exhibit to the Company's most recently filed annual report on Form 10-K. The current version of the Plan will be filed as an exhibit to the Company's upcoming quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending April 30, 2023.
