Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents 30,000 Class B ordinary shares purchased by Slam Sponsor, LLC (the "Sponsor").

2. As described in the issuer's registration statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-252727) under the heading "Description of Securities-Founder Shares", the Class B ordinary shares, par value $0.0001, will automatically convert into Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001, of the issuer at the time of the issuer's initial business combination transaction on a one-for-one basis, subject to adjustment for share splits, share capitalizations, reorganizations, recapitalizations and the like, and certain anti-dilution rights and have no expiration date.

3. On March 11, 2022, the Sponsor purchased 30,000 Class B ordinary shares of the issuer from Jagdeep Singh for $60, or approximately $0.002 per share, in connection with Mr. Singh's resignation from the board of directors of the issuer.

4. Represents 10,000 Class B ordinary shares sold by the Sponsor.

5. On March 11, 2022, the Sponsor sold 10,000 Class B ordinary shares to Ann Berry for $10,000, or approximately $1.00 per share, in connection with Ms. Berry's appointment to the board of directors of the issuer.
