Explanation of Responses:

1. In accordance with the amended and restated memorandum and articles of association of LAMF Global Ventures Corp. I ("LAMF"), as amended, the Reporting Person elected to convert 20,000 Class B ordinary shares into Class A ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis for no consideration.

2. Pursuant to the amendment to the amended and restated memorandum and articles of association of LAMF that became effective on May 11, 2023, the Class B ordinary shares held by the Reporting Person became convertible into Class A ordinary shares at any time at the Reporting Person's election on a one-for-one basis.
