1. On July 24, 2024 the Reporting Person was granted an option with vesting subject to the satisfaction of performance-based vesting criteria. The performance-based vesting criteria for these shares was deemed satisfied or waived on September 26, 2025 and these shares underlying the option vested.

2. On July 24, 2024 the Reporting Person was granted an option with vesting subject to the satisfaction of performance-based vesting criteria. The performance-based vesting criteria for these shares was deemed satisfied or waived on December 3, 2025 and these shares underlying the option vested.
