Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects the grant of stock options under the Provident 2013 Equity Incentive Plan, 50% of which vest on August 12, 2024 and August 12, 2026, respectively. The entire grant expires on August 12, 2032.

2. Includes 20,000 options to acquire 20,000 shares of common stock under Provident's 2013 Equity Incentive Plan. The grant fully vested on September 30, 2018 and the grant expires on September 30, 2024. Also includes 15,000 options to acquire 15,000 shares of common stock under Provident's 2013 Equity Incentive Plan. Fifty percent of the grant vested on May 30, 2021 and fifty percent of the grant vests on May 30, 2023. The entire grant expires on May 30, 2029.
