Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects restricted stock units granted to the reporting person under the ProFrac Holding Corp. 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan. Each restricted stock unit represents the contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share. The award consists of three 1-year performance periods which will be established at the beginning of each period and will vest ratably over a three (3) year period, subject to the reporting person meeting certain objectives of the performance-based portion of the award.

2. Total includes 64,076 restricted stock units previously granted to the reporting person under the ProFrac Holding Corp. 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan.
