Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 11, 2021, Joyful Corporation Limited, an affiliate of James Tan, director, transferred shares pursuant to a Satisfaction and Release Agreement, wherein certain Moxian directors agreed to receive shares in lieu of cash for the amounts owing to them as unpaid directors' fees.
