Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person owns 100% of In-Room Retail Systems, LLC and is deemed to beneficially own the securities held by such entity.

2. On April 7, 2021, the Issuer authorized the payment of a $400,000 compensation bonus to Mr. Kerby for fiscal 2021. At Mr. Kerby's option, the bonus may be satisfied in shares of the Issuer's common stock issuable under the Monaker Group, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, based on the closing sale's price of the Issuer's common stock on April 7, 2021 (the "Stock Bonus Option"). Exempt pursuant to Rule 16b-3.

3. The Stock Bonus Option has no expiration date.
