1. Represents restricted stock units that vest in three equal installments on each of the first three anniversaries of the vesting commencement date, subject to continued service through each such vesting date.

2. The option is scheduled to vest over three years, with one-third of the option vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date and 1/36th of the option vesting monthly thereafter, subject to continued service through each applicable vesting date.
