Explanation of Responses:

1. Effective on June 10, 2020, FS KKR Capital Corp. II effected a 4 to 1 reverse stock split of its common stock (the "Reverse Stock Split"). The amount of securities reported on this Form 4 have been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Stock Split.

2. Disposed of in exchange for 7,488.2232 shares of FS KKR Capital Corp. ("FSK") common stock in connection with the closing of the merger of FSK and FS KKR Capital Corp. II ("FSKR") pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of November 23, 2020 (the "Merger Agreement"), by and among FSK, FSKR, Rocky Merger Sub, Inc. and FS/KKR Advisor, LLC.
