Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive 1 share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon vest.

2. The restricted stock units are granted pursuant to a consulting services agreement entered into between Issuer and Reporting Person in May 2018.

3. Vests as follows: 25% of the restricted stock units vest on each of September 15, 2021, December 15, 2021, March 15, 2022, and June 15, 2022, subject to continued service to the Issuer through each vesting date.

SEC Form 4: Gordon William B converted options into 9,615 shares, increasing direct ownership by 0.74% to 1,313,365 units
