Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares withheld by the Issuer to satisfy applicable withholding taxes upon vesting of restricted stock units.

2. The Option was granted on January 20, 2021, contingent upon the Company's board of directors approval of the increase in the number of shares available for issuance under the Company's 2019 Equity Incentive Plan pursuant to the evergreen provision therein.

3. The stock option vests in equal monthly installments over 48 months, beginning on February 20, 2021, subject to continued service to the Company.
