Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person was granted Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") which represent a contingent right to receive one (1) share of Common Stock for each RSU. The shares were issued pursuant to vested RSUs released on December 14, 2022.

2. Includes 15,000 shares acquired under the VLDR 2020 Employee Stock Purchase Plan on November 30, 2022. This transaction is exempt pursuant to Rule 16b-3(c).

3. The Reporting Person received RSUs that will vest in installments over four (4) years, with six-and-one-quarter percent (6.25%) of the RSUs vesting on the quarterly anniversary date of the Vesting Commencement Date ("VCD") of August 31, 2021, and the remaining RSUs vesting on the quarterly VCD thereafter, subject to continued employment with the Issuer through each anniversary date.
