Explanation of Responses:

1. Received pursuant to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by that certain Business Combination Agreement between Ignyte Acquisition Corp. (the former name of the Issuer), a Delaware corporation, Peak Bio Co., Ltd., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and Ignyte Korea Co., Ltd., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. The securities are held by Hannol Ventures LLC (the "LLC"). The Reporting Person is sole member of the LLC.
