Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares were withheld by the Company to satisfy tax withholding obligations related to a vesting of restricted stock on 9/7/2022.

2. Since the date of the reporting person's last ownership report, he transferred 6,381 shares of LCI common stock pursuant to a domestic relations order. The shares are no longer beneficially owned by the reporting person.
