1. The reported shares were acquired as a result of a closed-end fund merger between Nuveen Floating Rate Income Opportunity Fund (JRO), Nuveen Short Duration Credit Opportunities Fund (JSD) Nuveen Senior Income Fund (NSL) Nuveen Floating Rate Income Fund (JFR) in which JFR was the surviving fund.
