The reporting person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder ofthe issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote.

2. All shares have been adjusted to reflect 5% stock dividend, which was paid by the Issuer on June 30, 2023.
