Explanation of Responses:

1. On April 13, 2022, Pijun Liu entered into that certain Share Exchange Agreement, pursuant to which Pijun Liu has cancelled 119,898,585 shares of Common Stock with no consideration. Upon completion of the transaction, the shares of Pijun Liu have been decreased from 128,874,405 shares to 8,975,820 shares as of May 23, 2022.

Remarks:

On April 13, 2022, Pijun Liu entered into that certain Share Exchange Agreement, pursuant to which Pijun Liu has cancelled 119,898,585 shares of Common Stock with no consideration. Upon completion of the transaction, the shares of Pijun Liu have been decreased from 128,874,405 shares to 8,975,820 shares as of May 23, 2022.
