3. The options vest and become exercisable over a period of four (4) years, with one quarter (1/4) of the options vesting on November 8, 2022 -- the first anniversary of the grant date -- and the remainder in equal amounts over the ensuing 36 monthly periods, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service.
